Office hours are the lightest-weight way to engage with TD. No preparation required. Bring a question, a diagram, or a half-formed idea — we’ll work through it together.

What to bring
- A question you’ve been stuck on.
- An architecture you want a second opinion on.
- An idea for a catalog entry you’re not sure is worth building.
- Feedback on an existing entry.
What not to bring
- Requests for TD to do work on your behalf — that’s a study request or a direct engagement.
- Escalations or support tickets. Office hours are a conversation, not a helpdesk.
First-come, first-served. Sessions are capped at 3 topics per hour to keep it useful for everyone. If a topic needs more depth, TD will schedule a follow-up.
Recording
Office hours are not recorded. What’s said there stays there — it’s a safe space for half-baked ideas.
