Guides you through filling in a project card — use case, scope, business impact, feasibility score, data sources, risks — then generates an XHTML draft and uploads it directly to the AIMCS Confluence space.

What it does

1. Q&A phase — asks all required fields in batched AskUserQuestion calls (6 rounds)
2. Feasibility scoring — calculates (technical + skill + data) / 3 and explains the rubric
3. Render — substitutes collected data into the official template; never generates XHTML from scratch
4. Review — presents a Markdown summary for confirmation
5. Upload — creates the page in Confluence under the selected parent (AI for Products, Operations, Efficiency, or Foundation Enablers) and verifies the result
